The Mount Timpanogos Trail from Aspen Grove is one of two routes the summit of Mount Timpanogos. For the Timpooneke Trail, check out: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/utah/mt-timpanogos-timpooneke-trail This route to the summit features many switchbacks, waterfalls, and small stream crossings. The trail also takes you to the Hidden Lakes basin followed by the well-known Emerald Lake. The trail then stretches towards the saddle across a boulder field where it joins with the Timpooneke trail offering great views of Utah Valley. Since this trail does cross sections of boulders, and talus, it is a good idea to bring poles on this hike. Parking at the trailhead is limited. It is a good idea to arrive early during the busy season, especially on weekends.
