Buffalo Peak

Description
Nice trail with a mix of rocky areas, meadows, various trees and brush, many stream crossings, and beautiful wildflowers. The first big stream crossing by several small falls is easy to miss. If you find yourself hiking on a thin wall of trail over the stream, then you have missed one of several crossings. Once you cross, go forward a short distance and left to find the trail. The trail is all well marked and worn with the exception of the stream crossing and an area in the brush with another small brook to cross. There are some cairns marking some of the areas here to cross, but the brook is small and would be easy to cross most anywhere. All in all, beautiful, and the different terrain and flowers make this a joy!
