Notes
-
The trail begins at the south end of the parking lot for the Squaw Peak Overlook. The trail follows the west side of the mountain with a full view of Utah Valley. When the trail reaches a saddle, it meanders through oak trees and Aspen groves. The last section ascending Buffalo Peak is very steep. There were large sections of balsam arrowroot in full bloom with bright yellow flowers.
